Thank you for choosing Quick Fresh Vending, your trusted vending machine supplier. We are committed to delivering quality products and top-notch customer service. The following outlines our Return Policy for purchases made through our credit card readers.

Final Sales

All transactions processed through our credit card readers are deemed final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed, except under the conditions explicitly stated in this Policy or mandated by applicable law.

Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed provided the items have not yet been shipped or transferred. Pre-shipped cancellations will result in a full refund. For items already shipped or transferred, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Defective Items

Should you receive a defective item, notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery at info@quickfreshvending.com. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging. Upon inspection, if the item is confirmed as defective, a refund or replacement will be initiated, excluding shipping costs.

Machine Returns and RMA Procedure

When returning a vending machine, the buyer is obligated to secure and package the machine in the same condition as it was initially shipped from Quick Fresh Vending. Failure to do so will result in the buyer being liable for all costs associated with restoring the machine to its original condition.

Ownership of the returned machine will remain with the buyer until Quick Fresh Vending confirms that the machine has been received in the “same condition” as it was originally purchased. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued for the machine’s purchase price, minus shipping costs, a 25% restocking fee, and any deductions for repairs or damages.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMAs can only be obtained within 7 days of receiving the machine or 60 days from the original purchase date, whichever comes first. No returns will be accepted after this period. Shipping and Handling

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any authorized returns under this Policy require the customer to cover return shipping and handling fees unless the item is defective, as covered under “Defective Items.”

Additional Terms

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Adequate packaging is the buyer’s responsibility to prevent damage during transit.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Quick Fresh Vending reserves the right to decline returns or refunds if the item is not in its original condition or fails to meet the criteria set in this Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Quick Fresh Vending is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or return of any product, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website.

Shipping

Shipping Policy for Quick Fresh Vending

Shipping Quotes

All shipping quotes provided are valid for 48 hours. Due to variable conditions, shipping rates may be adjusted and will be communicated to the buyer prior to shipment.

Shipping Methods

  • Vending Machines: Shipping is via Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight carriers. The buyer is responsible for selecting the suitable delivery method, such as a forklift or loading dock, tailored to their delivery location.
  • Non-Vending Machine Shipments: These will be shipped using a national carrier chosen by Quick Fresh Vending.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the lower 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping services outside this area.

Remote and Limited Access Locations

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas, limited access locations, or special services like liftgate service, inside delivery, or residential delivery. All extra charges will be communicated and must be paid prior to shipping.

Buyer’s Responsibility

  • Delivery Method: Choose an appropriate delivery method based on your location’s capabilities.
  • Unloading and Transport: Ensure necessary equipment and personnel are available for unloading and transporting the vending machines to their final location.

Damages

Report any shipping damages within 4 hours of receipt. Document and photograph the damages for claim processing. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in claim denial.

Pricing

Shipping prices are subject to change and will be communicated to the buyer prior to shipment.

Limitation of Liability

Quick Fresh Vending is not liable for damages or delays due to shipping, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.

Types of Shipping and Associated Fees

Standard Shipping Options

  • Commercial Addresses Without Lift Gate: Ideal for locations with a loading dock or forklift. The buyer is responsible for unloading the freight.
  • Commercial Addresses With Lift Gate: Curbside delivery only; the driver will not bring the freight inside the building.

Limited Access Locations

Additional fees apply for locations that are hard to access or require special arrangements. This includes but is not limited to amusement parks, government buildings, schools, and remote areas. The buyer is responsible for any additional costs.

Remote Access Locations

Shipments to remote areas that are far from regular freight paths will incur additional charges, which can be quoted prior to purchase.

Custom Shipping Options

  • Inside Delivery: Available upon request. The machine will be moved through one threshold but will not be unpacked or set up.
  • Priority Shipping: For expedited shipping, additional costs will apply. Reimbursement is only for the extra cost of this service if the delivery is delayed.
  • Call Ahead: The driver will call you when en route to the delivery address. This service is not 100% reliable, so tracking your shipment is advised.
  • Appointment: The carrier will schedule a delivery window with you. This service may delay the shipment.

Detention Fees

If unloading exceeds 30 minutes, additional fees will apply in 15-minute increments. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Price Changes

Shipping prices are subject to change due to various factors like fuel costs and market conditions. Any changes will be communicated before shipment.

Warehousing Storage and Abandonment of Merchandise

This Warehousing Storage and Abandonment of Merchandise section (“Section”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding the storage of merchandise and the consequences of failure to pay and pick up items in a timely manner. Please read this Section carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Failure to Pay in Full: The buyer is required to pay the full purchase amount within 7 business days from the date of purchase. Failure to make full payment within this timeframe may result in the application of storage fees as outlined in this Section.
  2. Storage Fees: If purchased items are not picked up within 14 business days from the date of purchase, storage fees will begin to accrue. The storage fees are as follows:a. Vending Machines:
    • On the first day after the 14-day pickup period, a storage fee of $250 will be charged per vending machine.
    • For each additional day beyond the first day, an additional storage fee of $15 per vending machine will be applied.

    b. Smaller Items:

    • On the first day after the 14-day pickup period, a storage fee of $50 will be charged for smaller items.
    • For each additional day beyond the first day, an additional storage fee of $5 per smaller item will be applied.
  3. Abandonment of Merchandise: If the buyer fails to pay in full and pick up the purchased items within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, Quick Fresh Vending reserves the right to deem the merchandise abandoned. In such cases, Quick Fresh Vending may take appropriate legal actions to recover any outstanding amounts owed and may dispose of the merchandise without further notice to the buyer.
  4. Communication: Quick Fresh Vending will make reasonable efforts to contact the buyer via the contact information provided at the time of purchase regarding payment and pickup reminders. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that their contact information is accurate and up to date. Quick Fresh Vending shall not be held liable for any failure to receive notifications due to inaccurate contact information provided by the buyer.
  5. Limitation of Liability: Quick Fresh Vending shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the failure to pay in full or pick up merchandise in a timely manner, including any storage fees incurred, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
  6. Modifications to the Section: Quick Fresh Vending reserves the right to modify or update this Warehousing Storage and Abandonment of Merchandise Section at any time, without prior notice. Warranty

  1. Limited 1-Year Warranty: Vending machines and parts manufactured by Quick Fresh Vending are covered by a limited 1-year warranty (“Warranty Period”). This warranty provides coverage against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service during the Warranty Period.
  2. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by the buyer, including but not limited to mishandling, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, accidents, negligence, or acts of nature. Additionally, the warranty does not cover return shipping or shipping costs unless deemed appropriate by Quick Fresh Vending.
  3. Warranty Claim Process: In the event of a warranty claim, the buyer must notify Quick Fresh Vending within the Warranty Period. Quick Fresh Vending reserves the right to refuse warranty claims that do not meet the specified criteria or conditions outlined in this Section. The buyer may be required to provide proof of purchase and supporting documentation to initiate the warranty claim process.
  4. Labor Charges: Labor costs for repairs or replacements under warranty coverage are not included. In the event that labor services are required, the buyer will be responsible for labor charges at the current rate of $150 per hour, calculated from the time the technician leaves the Quick Fresh Vending facility. Rush labor services, if requested by the buyer, will be charged at a rate of $250 per hour.
  5. Manufacturer’s Warranty for Other Parts: Parts not manufactured by Quick Fresh Vending are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the warranty terms provided by the respective manufacturers. Quick Fresh Vending does not assume any liability for parts covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  6. Limitation of Liability: Quick Fresh Vending shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from warranty claims, including labor costs or any other expenses, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
